  • 100g cartofi mici, taiati felii;
  • 4 fire de sparanghel;
  • 50g branza feta;
  • 2 fire de ceapa verde;
  • 3 oua;
  • 10g unt;
  • 1 lingurita ulei de masline;

Mod de preparare frittata cu branza feta, cartofi si sparanghel

  1. Fierbe cartofii in apa cu sare timp de 10 minute. Scurge-i si lasa-i sa se raceasca.
  2. Incalzeste untul si uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie pentru prajit. Adauga ceapa verde si sparanghelul taiate. Gateste timp de 5 minute.
  3. Adauga cartofii fierti si mai gateste inca 1-2 minute.
  4. Amesteca ouale si branza feta maruntita intr-un recipient separat.
  5. Adauga-le peste legumele calite.
  6. Poti servi frittata alaturi de salata verde, rosii sau ridichi.
